How much does registration cost?

Registration is $200 MXN.

Yes, Baggage and Coat Check is in the vestibulo 1. Hours of operations:

What are the Show Days and Hours for Students?

Students are welcome to attend EXPO PACK Guadalajara on Thursday, June 12 from 1:00pm – 3:00pm only. All students must register as students in advance and receive approval. Students must present their printed confirmation or QR code along with their student ID the Student Registration Desk.

Are there special hotel discounts for show participants?

Yes! If you book with the official EXPO PACK Guadalajara Hotel Reservation Office (Olé) via the Travel & Hotel page, you will receive the best available room rates for the dates of the show.

Please beware of third-party hotel broker scams that may demand pre-payment and then oversell rooms. The official EXPO PACK Guadalajara Hotel Reservation Office, Olé, only requires your credit card to guarantee your booking—no upfront payment.

Yes, Expo Guadalajara has restaurant and cafeteria options. Including a food court service in the Guadalajara Hall.

How can I improve my priority point standing?

Each exhibitor is assigned a priority point for space selection. EXPO PACK México and EXPO PACK Guadalajara hold separate priority standings. By exhibiting continuously, and by those ahead of you in priority not exhibiting, an exhibitor begins to move up the priority point system.

How can I become an Exhibitor at EXPO PACK Guadalajara?

Review the floor plan and submit your exhibit space application, along with the non-refundable/non-transferrable deposit to confirm your booth space. Booth space will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Once PMMI receives your application, we will contact you to assign your space. To start your application, go to Reserve My Booth.

What are the height regulations?

Salón Jalisco: Booths 18 sq. meters and under are allowed a maximum height of 3.5 meters. Booths over 18 sq. meters are allowed a maximum height of 5 m. (Exhibitors may under no circumstance, exceed 5 meters due to ceiling height limitations in the exhibit hall)

Guadalajara Lobby Space: All Booths must have a maximum height of 2.4 meters.

Salón Guadalajara: Booths 18 sq. meters and under are allowed a maximum height of 3.5 meters. Booths over 18 sq. meters are allowed a maximum height of 5 m. (Exhibitors may under no circumstance, exceed 5 meters due to ceiling height limitations in the exhibit hall)

What is drayage?

Drayage is the moving of the exhibitor’s machinery, etc., off the exhibitor’s truck at the dock, to the exhibitor’s booth and back to the dock to be loaded back onto the truck. Drayage is included in the price of your booth space—a benefit that other packaging and processing trade shows do not offer.

Are there any restrictions for the halls?

Guadalajara Hall & Lobby restrictions:

• no heavy electric (max 220v available)

• no forklifts

• no pieces of machinery over 250kg/500lbs per piece

Additional restrictions for Guadalajara Lobby:

• no hanging signs

• no compressed air

• no drains

How can I upgrade and improve my online directory listing?

Contact your exhibit sales representative about upgrading your complimentary online directory listing. Upgrade packages help you increase visibility and make a stronger impression on buyer attendees. You’ll find package details on the Package Upgrades page.

How many complimentary booth personnel badges do we receive?

Exhibitors receive 1 free badge for every 3 sq. meters of exhibit space contracted. Additional badges are $60 MXN before the deadline and increase to $140 MXN after the deadline in 2027.

What is the booth space cancellation policy?

Regular Rate: Your 30% deposit is nonrefundable and nontransferable. For cancellations received after November 14, 2024 and prior to February 13, 2025, the exhibitor will forfeit any monies paid to date, up to 60% of the total booth price. Any cancellations received after the final payment deadline (February 13, 2025) will forfeit 100% or all monies paid to date. For details, see the Rules & Regulations.

How do I populate my company information for inclusion in the online directory?

Login to the Exhibitor Resource Center and complete all items in the “Complete Profile” section to populate your Online Listing. This includes a company description, product categories, vertical markets, any applicable upgrade items and more. The Show Contact for your company must create a new password the first time they log into the Exhibitor Resource Center for EXPO PACK Guadalajara. The Show Contact can then invite other company contacts to create logins if additional staff members need access.
