EXPO PACK Guadalajara exhibitors have reported receiving solicitations from vendors NOT affiliated with PMMI or EXPO PACK—specifically regarding hotel reservations and attendee list sales.
Attendee Email List Scams
We would like to remind all exhibitors that any solicitation claiming to have the email list of EXPO PACK Guadalajara attendees, or attendee lists from any EXPO PACK or PACK EXPO show, is fraudulent. PMMI does not sell or rent the attendee email list.
Hotel Reservation Scams
The Official Hotel Reservation Office for all EXPO PACK shows is Olé. EXPO PACK and PMMI have no affiliation with any other room brokers for EXPO PACK Guadalajara 2025. Olé is the only company that is officially sanctioned and certified by EXPO PACK and PMMI to book hotel rooms on behalf of its exhibitors and attendees. Exhibitors Beware
We urge all exhibitors to be especially diligent when engaging with any vendor who is not an official contractor of EXPO PACK. If you receive a solicitation and are unsure of the vendor’s affiliation with EXPO PACK Guadalajara or PMMI, please contact Show Management at [email protected].
