Applying for booth space is a quick and easy process. Submit your application following these steps:

1. Start by viewing the floor plan to find your ideal location. Submit the exhibit space application by April 3,2024 to participate in priority booth selection. Applications received after priority booth selection will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. Review booth options – Raw Space vs. Premium Package

3. Consider package upgrades that increase your visibility online or through ads and sponsorships.

4. Review the Rules and Regulations you’re agreeing to follow as an exhibitor.

5. Finally, submit your application with appropriate deposit—and look forward to an incredible exhibiting experience.

MEXICAN COMPANIES


Prospective exhibitors in Mexico and exhibitors who would like to receive a Mexican invoice should submit their booth space request using this option.

ALL COMPANIES OUTSIDE MEXICO

PMMI Member companies who wish to reserve a booth in the PMMI Pavilion and international companies (non-Mexican) who will pay directly to PMMI in the US should submit their booth space request using this option.
