Complete this application to secure your booth at EXPO PACK Guadalajara 2017. Space applications received prior to January 20th, 2016 will be assigned based on priority. After the specified deadline date, space will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

BOOTH PREFERENCES

Please list your top three booth choices and provide measurements for each as they appear on the floor plan . These booth space requests are used by show management to help understand where you would like to exhibit – booth choices are not guaranteed. Show management will review any requested booth choices at the time of your booth selection and use them as reference if we are unable to reach you on the date & time of your selection.

After your space assignment is made, Show Management will send an official contract and invoice, your company must return the signed space contract and deposit indicated on the invoice. The contract is not binding without receipt of payment. In order to receive the rebook promotion price, final balance is due on or before November 15th, 2016. Failure to comply with specified deadlines will result in a price adjustment on your booth space to the regular price and/or forfeiture of your company’s assigned booth space.

 

AFFILIATE COMPANY INFORMATION

Click the green “Add Affiliated Company” button below to add affiliated companies to both the online and printed directory.

Note: Affiliated Companies must have a business relationship with primary exhibitor, either as agent/rep, distributor, local office, etc. Booth occupants will be listed as separate entities in the same booth location. Once you submit the affiliated company(ies) listing order form, you will receive a password to enter product information for each company online. Affiliated Company submissions are subject to approval by Show Management.

To avoid "duplicate companies" in the directory, the affiliated companies should be different than the exhibiting company.
